1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Radiscon website (www.radiscon.com.sa) or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Radiscon's services, including but not limited to cybersecurity, IT support, AI solutions, cloud services, robotics, software development, digital marketing, and ISO certification.
2. About Radiscon
Radiscon is a Saudi-based technology company specializing in:
- Cybersecurity Services (ARAMCO CCC, SABIC Cyber Trust, NCA compliance, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, managed SOC)
- IT Support & Managed Services (on-site and remote support, infrastructure setup, server management, backup solutions)
- AI Solutions & Automation (custom AI development, process automation, predictive analytics, intelligent dashboards)
- Robotics Solutions (production line automation, smart logistics, robotic inspection systems)
- Software Solutions & Development (custom software, mobile apps, ERP systems, web applications)
- Digital Marketing Services (social media management, SEO, paid advertising, branding)
- ISO Certification Support (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22301)
3. Service Terms
3.1 Service Engagement
All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work (SOW) that will specify:
- Scope of services and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Service level agreements (SLAs) where applicable
- Compliance requirements and standards
3.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our standard business hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Emergency support is available 24/7 for managed SOC and incident response clients as specified in service agreements.
3.3 Compliance Services
When providing compliance services (ARAMCO CCC, SABIC Cyber Trust, NCA, ISO certifications), we assist in preparation and documentation. Final certification and approval decisions rest with the respective regulatory bodies. We cannot guarantee certification outcomes, though we commit to providing professional support throughout the process.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and access information
- Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Not use our services to transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon our or third-party rights
- Cooperate with us in providing necessary information and access for service delivery
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Intellectual Property

5.2 Client Intellectual Property
Client data, proprietary information, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of the client. We respect client confidentiality and handle all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and service agreements.
5.3 Work Product
Ownership of work product and deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, custom-developed solutions and deliverables created specifically for a client will be owned by the client upon full payment, while our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing frameworks remain our property.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement (typically 30 days)
- Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after providing appropriate notice
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing service agreements
7. Confidentiality
As a cybersecurity and IT services provider, we understand the critical importance of confidentiality. We will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, data, and proprietary materials in accordance with our service agreements and applicable laws. This includes technical information, business strategies, compliance documentation, and any other confidential information shared with us in the course of providing services.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Radiscon's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation
- We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party failures
8.2 Cybersecurity Services
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no security system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against all cyber threats. Clients are responsible for implementing recommended security measures and maintaining their own security practices.
8.3 Compliance Services
We provide support and guidance for compliance certifications (ARAMCO CCC, SABIC Cyber Trust, ISO, etc.), but final certification decisions are made by the respective regulatory bodies. We cannot guarantee certification outcomes, though we commit to professional and diligent support.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Warranties: We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranties, if any, will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Website Disclaimer: Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Third-Party Services: We may integrate or recommend third-party services, products, or platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radiscon, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
- Fail to pay fees as required
- Breach confidentiality or security obligations
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
12. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through:
- Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Saudi Arabia
- If mediation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian arbitration laws
- Or through the competent courts of Dammam, Saudi Arabia
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, cyber attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For service agreements, modifications will be made in accordance with the terms of those agreements.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radiscon regarding the use of our website and services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
